As from 1st October 2011 landlords have to give water companies their tenant’s contact details, as a result of changes made by the Flood and Water Management Act 2010.
Pest infestations can be incredibly distressing in a domestic property. In a move designed to strengthen tenants' and landlords' awareness of their rights and responsibilities, Housing Minister Grant Shapps has today published helpful advice aimed at those letting or renting a property.
