Developing as a Lettings & Property Manager

Being a manager is a challenge and without some training or guidance it can become a headache. This course has been designed for practising or potential managers looking to develop an understanding of leadership skills using practical activities. The course will explore different leadership styles and behaviours and their impact on individual and group behaviour. Activities also include setting targets, motivational techniques, and delegation, identifying resources, assessing risks, briefing teams and allocating roles and responsibilities.
