Details of The Advice Line Service

  1. Membership is an annual subscription of £149.95 p.a payable by cheque / credit card per individual or office if a company
  2. No multiple use can be made under one membership
  3. A unique membership registration number and certificate will be provided for each member to quote when using the service
  4. A Telephone Hotline advice service is available to members Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm (Excluding Public Holidays)
  5. Free Legal and technical advice is provided to members on Letting and Management related issues by professional Legal and technical advisors Reduced costs of up to 50% are available for Legal litigation work and court action.
  6. A Mediation services is available to Members on behalf of their clients
  7. All enquires must be by telephone, advice given is subject to the accuracy of the information provided by the Member
